Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Moonmit. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We source our products from global suppliers to provide you with the best prices. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Express Shipping (if available): 7 – 12 business days (Estimated)
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 3-7 business days. You can track your package through our "Track Your Order" page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Moonmit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Lost/Stolen Packages
Moonmit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Multiple Items
As we work with different suppliers, if you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. Do not be alarmed if you receive one item before the other.
